Guidance and support for significant transitions, challenges, or decisions. Skills and information to navigate decisions, goals, and new responsibilities.
Continued education, relationship changes, relocation, parenthood, career planning, financial hardship, employment adaptation, aging parents, and pre- / post-retirement are common interests.

Based in South Carolina offering online services only (at this time). Licensed for independent clinical practice in South Carolina (LISW-CP), with additional independent clinical licensure in West Virginia (LICSW) and Virginia (LCSW).
Services are provided only in states where I am currently licensed and where the client is physically located at the time of session.
Maryland independent clinical licensure (LCSW-C) is in progress; I’m not currently accepting Maryland clients.

I’m a clinical social worker with four decades of experience. My style is practical, collaborative, and strengths-based.
I specialize on Adult ADHD and life transitions to build coping skills, workable routines, and steadier relationships.
I have a special interest in supporting men, and adults in their 20s, for navigating decisions, goals, and change.
Interventions reflect a comprehensive assessment process, collaboration, and strategies to optimize the experience and outcomes.
Sessions focus on an awareness of process, application of principles, and relevant content with a routine for review and revision.
